CPAs Lead the Way The Indiana CPA Society's CPAs Lead the Way program is a free service that aims to match CPAs in leadership positions with Indiana not-for-profits and civic organizations. The Society acts as a liaison between the organizations and CPAs by posting board member openings in publications that reach more than 8,000 Indiana CPAs.

CPAs: CPAs can combine their professional and personal lives by volunteering to sit on a board of directors for an organization that's close to the heart. By showing advanced leadership skills, CPAs demonstrate their dedication to the profession and their craft.

Organizations: CPAs Lead the Way would like to promote your board position to a network of nearly 8,000 Indiana CPAs. CPAs bring a wealth of business and financial knowledge to any organization. From assisting with the budget to suggesting financial avenues that will improve the organization, a CPA on board is an asset to any not-for-profit.

INCPAS will post the opening on the CPAs Lead the Way web page, feature the position in e-Perspective, the INCPAS weekly e-newsletter, and also in CPA IN Perspective magazine. Once a match is made, the Society will send a local press release announcing the match, in turn promoting your organization.
