Emerging Leaders Alliance
Members of ELA are up-and-coming leaders with seven years or less experience in the CPA profession. This advisory body meets twice annually along with the INCPAS Leadership Cabinet, and its members serve as advocates for the CPA profession, effective communicators to peers, and active volunteers in Society outreach.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide technical and professional learning
- Create opportunities to develop skills that will serve the profession and employers
- Engage other new professionals
- Move the profession forward through thoughtful feedback to Society leadership
