On January 28, INCPAS launched a new website and member portal designed to make connecting with the Society easier, faster and more intuitive.
More than a visual refresh, this new digital experience represents a thoughtful investment in how you engage with INCPAS—from registering for CPE and renewing your membership to accessing benefits, resources and account information. The result is a cleaner, more modern platform built to support members today and adapt for what’s next.
Why We Made the Change
Over time, INCPAS’s digital environment had grown more complex. Different systems supported different functions, and not all of them worked well together. While each tool once served a purpose, the overall experience became harder to maintain and less flexible as technology evolved.
Rather than continuing to patch and customize aging platforms, INCPAS took a strategic step forward. We invested in a modern website built on WordPress and a new association management system, MemberSuite, to create a more connected, scalable foundation.
This approach allows INCPAS to:
- Give you a more streamlined, user-friendly experience.
- Reduce complexity behind the scenes.
- Align systems so information flows more smoothly.
- Invest in technology that can grow and improve over time.
Most importantly, it allows the member experience to be built intentionally, not constrained by legacy systems.
Be Sure to Reset Your Password
- In order to maximize the benefits of the new website (like registering for CPE and renewing your membership), you’ll need to reset your password for your account.
- Go to this reset password link.
- The system will ask you for an email address. Type in your email address that you used in your previous INCPAS account. Then, click the “Reset my password” button.
- Check your email. You will receive a link to reset your password. Click on the link to reset your password and gain access to your portal account.
- Now that your password is reset, go to incpas.org and click the Login link in the upper right navigation. This is how you will access your account.
- Enter your existing email and the password you just created.
- To review/access your portal account, click on the My Profile link in the upper right.
- Your login information will be the same for both your INCPAS account and open forum, making it easier to access everything in one place.

You will notice improvements right away. The new INCPAS website offers clearer navigation and a more intuitive layout, making it easier to log in to your account, find and register for CPE, and access the resources important to you.
