INCPAS Scholar Alumnus Dayon Gill shares why it’s important to speak up and use his voice.
Q: Your voice matters. How do you plan to use it in the future?
A: Growing up, using my voice and speaking out was one of my biggest challenges. Over the years I’ve learned that to be successful in your profession, you must have effective communication skills and vocal presence.
Looking towards the future, I plan to use my voice through networking and acting upon what I say, which will set a foundational platform allowing me to grow as a CPA.
