INCPAS On-Demand: CPA Excellence: Communication in Organizations
The goal of the Communication in Organizations course is to help you communicate better within an organizational setting.
In this course you will understand the nature of assertiveness in relation to communication skills, be able to understand the need to tailor communication according to the character of the receiver, explore the role of authenticity in communications, understand how perspective influences how people understand communications, articulate the importance of empathy, be able to provide examples of how better questions can lead to better communications, have practical strategies for conducting one-on-one meetings and learn how to work with managers with poor communications skills.
