INCPAS On-Demand: CPA Excellence: Communication Strategy

The goal of the Communication Strategy course is to give you tools to help plan for better communication experiences in the workplace. In this course you will learn why planning your communication experiences matters, explore the communication cycle and different communication patterns, differentiate communication channels, explore the importance of knowing your audience when communicating, identify the "7 Cs" of communication and learn to ask "open questions" and understand their use in conversations.
