INCPAS On-Demand: CPA Excellence: Leadership vs. Management

The goal of this Leadership vs. Management course is to explore the relationship between leadership and management and to differentiate the two. In this course you will discuss the differences between management and leadership, explore what it means to lead when you may not be in management, and apply these ideas to a case study.
