- INCPAS CPE Passport applies to all INCPAS in-person, virtual live seminars and webinars offered from February 1 through January 31 of each year
- INCPAS CPE Passport is a subscription that can be purchased on February 1 and expires on January 31 of each year.
- INCPAS CPE Passport expires January 31, 2026. Refunds will not be issued for those hours not used by January 31, 2026.
- Registration for INCPAS in-person, virtual live seminars and webinars can be made after the INCPAS CPE Passport subscription has been purchased.
- You may register for INCPAS in-person, virtual live seminars, and webinars courses via online through the member portal or by phone.
INCPAS Conference Pass Terms and Conditions
- INCPAS Conference Pass are an exclusive benefit for INCPAS members only.
- INCPAS Conference Pass is a subscription valid from January 1 – December 31 each year. You will receive a discount code upon purchase to register for 3 INCPAS conference only
- INCPAS Conference Pass expires December 31. Refunds will not be issued for those hours not used by December 31.
- Registration for the 3 INCPAS conferences can be made any time after the INCPAS Conference Pass has been purchased and you receive your discount code from INCPAS.
- You may register for INCPAS conferences via online through the member portal or by phone.
General Terms and Conditions
- The INCPAS CPE Pass and/or INCPAS Conference Pass subscription is owned by the purchaser. If a company or organization pays for an individual on behalf of a staff member who subsequently leaves the company, the remaining hours may be transferred to one member of the firm without penalty.
- All sales are final; the entire fee is nonrefundable.
- May not be combined with other discounts.
- All CPE attendees must attend the course in order to receive CPE credit.
- The INCPAS CPE Pass and/or INCPAS Conference Pass subscription excludes any free CPE opportunities and INCPAS On-Demand self-study unlimited subscription.
Cancellations/Refunds/Switches
- If you wish to cancel a course registration processed using The INCPAS CPE Pass and/or INCPAS Conference Pass subscription, notice of your cancellation must be provided either by phone to the Member Services Department at 1-800-272-2054 or by using the chat tool on our website.
- You will be cancelled out of that course and those hours will be refunded back to your account to use on a future course.
- If Member Services is not notified prior to the course date, you forfeit hours associated with that INCPAS live seminar and conference.
- The INCPAS CPE Pass and/or INCPAS Conference Pass subscription purchasers may transfer his or her registration to another live seminar and conference without a penalty.
- No cancellations or transfers will be made after the course date.
