Next Level Leadership Academy
Presented by the Indiana CPA Society in partnership with B. Empowered Leadership Academy, LLC
The Indiana CPA Society’s Next Level Leadership Academy is an immersive, year-long learning program that equips employees with the leadership skills necessary to succeed in their roles and drive success within their organizations.
Enrolling in this academy will help current and aspiring managers focus on personal and professional growth in an off-site practice environment and bring these elevated skillsets back to the workplace.
Through interactive group work, participants will learn comprehensive leadership tools and tactics at four levels. Independent and collaborative work will take place between meetings.
