  • Head Counselors: $1,000–$2,000
  • Counselors: $500–$1,000

What You’ll Do

As an ACAP Counselor, you will:

  • Serve as a mentor and role model throughout the week
  • Help students stay on schedule, engaged, and ready for each session
  • Support hands-on workshops, office visits, and campus activities
  • Manage attendance and communicate any issues to the Program Admin
  • Monitor behavior and keep activities running smoothly
    • Guide the group’s structure, planning, and delivery
    • Offer clarity, feedback, and presentation tips
    • Help students prepare to present in front of judges

You play a major role in creating a supportive, fun, and professional experience for the students.


 


 

Who We’re Looking For

You don’t need to be an accounting major — just someone who is:

  • Responsible and dependable
  • Interested in mentoring younger students
  • Confident leading small groups
  • Ready to build leadership and communication skills
  • Professional, positive, and team-oriented

 


 

Requirements

To ensure a safe learning environment, selected counselors will complete:

  • A brief interview
  • Child Abuse Prevention Training
  • CPR/First Aid Training
