Discover Your Future in Accounting

The INCPAS Scholars program is a free, year-long experience designed to help Indiana high school students explore accounting, college and careers as a CPA. Along the way, you’ll gain a mentor, make friends and take part in unforgettable opportunities that can shape your future.

Since the program began, more than 300 students have participated and gone on to succeed in college, internships, and professional careers.

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must meet ALL of the following eligibility requirements:

  • Must be a high school student enrolled in an Indiana high school or home school program for the 2025–26 school year.
  • Must be an Indiana resident and able to participate in monthly meetings in the Indianapolis-area.
  • Must have demonstrated academic success (with a minimum GPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale).
  • Must have an interest in accounting and/or business.
  • Must be a student leader.

Application Details

The deadline for the 2025–26 INCPAS Scholars class has passed. Check back in later for application details for the 2026–2027 school year.

The Scholars program is powered by professionals and organizations who believe in building the next generation of CPAs.

  • Mentors: Pipeline Partners identify professionals from their teams to serve as mentors. By sharing experiences and guidance, mentors help Scholars imagine their future as CPAs. Find out what it takes to be a mentor.
