Am I assigned someone?
No. Anyone in Member Services can help guide you in identifying the best courses that fit your needs. Your Learning Concierge can help you customize your professional development opportunities and customize your education.
Do I have an in-person meeting with them to go over the types of classes I like? Is it online? Over the phone?
You can come in for a personal meeting, call in and discuss your options over the phone, or fill out this online form.
What do you base your recommendations off of?
Our recommendations are based on several factors:
- Public accounting or industry
- Experience level
- Personal needs for tax, A&A, specialty technical topics (yellowbook, NFP, revenue recognition, leases, etc.) or personal development courses (management, communication, presentation, HR, etc.)
- Preferred learning format (live seminar, conference, webinar, COE courses, networking opportunities, etc.)
Is there a questionnaire I’ll have to fill out?
No questionnaire needs to be filled out unless you prefer to submit your information via the online form.
How often can I use the concierge?
You can use the Learning Concierge service as much as you need it to help plan your professional development for the year.
