Before attending an INCPAS event you agree that you will not attend if experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, feeling sick or if you have been exposed to COVID-19 while being unvaccinated.

Masks 

In accordance with current CDC guidance, masks and social distancing are no longer required at our in-person events.

Preventive Measures

Preventive Safety Measures 

In order to provide a safe experience for members and staff, INCPAS will keep informed of updated safety recommendations. At this time, we are:

  • Monitoring COVID-19 Community Levels, which aim to help communities decide what prevention methods are necessary. While visitors are welcome to wear a mask at any time, they are no longer required as Hamilton County is currently classified as either a "Low" or "Medium" community level, in accordance with the CDC. Should Hamilton County become a High community level, the office and events will return to mask-required.
  • Supply masks for visitors who need one.
  • Provide hand sanitizer in classrooms and the office.
  • Plan for social distancing requirements in classrooms and office.
  • Regularly clean classrooms and offices.
  • Maintain a visitor log to enable notification of possible exposure.
